DIY Rental
~ DIY Payment / Final Numbers~
It is the full responsibility of the renter to contact Cultured Pearl Event rentals with final payment and rental numbers 14 days prior to the event date. We allow for a 10% decrease on chair cover numbers without penalty. Failure to contact and make arrangements may result in the loss of Security Deposit and inability to complete order.
~ DIY Pick-Up ~
All orders are to be picked up the Thursday before the event between the hours of 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, unless an alternative time has been pre-arranged and agreed upon. Failure to pick-up will result in a minimum $100.00 CDN charge up to the full cost of order.
~ DIY Return~
All orders are to be returned the Monday after the event between the hours of 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, unless an alternative time has been pre-arranged and agreed upon. Failure to drop-off within this time frame will result in a minimum $100.00 CDN charge up to the full cost of order.
We do not offer under any circumstances unattended pick-up's or drop-off's
